The outside of the chocolate has a thin slightly firm exterior...easily broken producing a warm liquid center. We wanted to pair it with basic flavors...salt, sugar, sour yogurt, caramelization of muscavado, bitter notes and smoke.
Had this for dessert last night and it was not only seriously good, but also thought provoking. Still talking about the entire experience this morning and can't wait for a return visit. Want to bring friends from England next time.
