i've been wanting to let you know that you are doing some awesome stuff. i met Karen awhile back when she came to Sona Restaurant in LA. i took her to the Santa Monica farmers market. I love that you have a Martha Stewart book in your kitchen. i too have that one and am not afraid to say it...not too "modern gastronomy" but it is a great reference. can't wait to see what you are working on next.
Ah Vegaline the magical lubricant! My wife and I are coming down from DC for her birthday on the 27th of March. I am a chef at minibar and am so stoked for you guys. We are super excited to meet you and eat your food!!!!!!!!
